1. Contest Period
1.1
The Singapore Discovered! Web Contest will be held weekly, starting from Saturday, 5 June 2010 until the end of the Singapore Discovered! TV series.
1.2
There will be two winners every week.
2. Contest Eligibility
2.1
This contest is open to all Singapore Kopitiam members.
2.2
All personal particulars submitted at sign-up must be authentic and accurate.
Singapore Kopitiam reserves the right to reject any entries with incomplete or false personal particulars.
2.3
Submission of personal particulars at point of contest registration automatically
indicates agreement to become a Singapore Kopitiam member.
2.4
No purchase or fee is necessary to register, enter or to win.
2.5
Employees of the Singapore International Foundation, its vendors and suppliers, and
their immediate families are not eligible to take part in this contest.
3. Contest Mechanics
3.1
This contest will be held under Singapore Kopitiam’s Singapore Discovered! page
www.singaporekopitiam.sg/singaporediscovered.
3.2
After catching the weekly episode of the Singapore Discovered! series, contestants are to visit
www.singaporekopitiam.sg/singaporediscovered to answer a simple question to win the attractive prizes featured each week.
3.3
The contest entry submission period is from a Saturday (after the airing of an episode) to the following Wednesday, 11.59am.
3.4
The winner, with the correct answer, will be determined by random selection.
4. Contest Mechanics
4.1
By entering this contest, the Contestant agrees to all its terms and conditions.
4.2
By submitting the entry, the Contestant grants Singapore Kopitiam the rights to use all of the information
submitted in the entry for future promotion or commercial purposes for an unlimited period.
4.3
All entries must be complete. Singapore Kopitiam reserves the right to reject any incomplete entries.
4.4
Singapore Kopitiam reserves the rights to reject/ disqualify any entries that contain any obscene, profane,
offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate information.
5. Contest Mechanics
5.1
The results for the contest will be published on
www.singaporekopitiam.sg/singaporediscovered.
5.2
All winners will be notified via the e-mail address that was submitted during the contest registration.
5.3
This Contest is open to non-Singapore residents and prizes will be delivered to non Singapore resident the winners.
5.4
The decision on the winners is final. An appeal, in any form, will not be entertained after the results of the contest are announced.
6. Contest Prizes
6.1
Each week’s contest prize will be announced on
www.singaporekopitiam.sg/singaporediscovered.
6.2
All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit in-kind.
6.3
Not withstanding anything in these terms and conditions, Singapore Kopitiam reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to:
i)
cancel or modify this contest
ii)
determine and/or amend, by addition to, deletion from or variation of, these
terms and conditions without prior notification, including but not limited to, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners,
and the timing and venue of any act to be done, and all participants and winners shall be bound by such determination and/or amendments; and
iii)
substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice
and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
