Drink Up!: Six tasty beverages to celebrate the World Cup season. Our tasters try out the 'White' drink! And you can learn to make this unique drink using the recipe below.

Ingredients:

1. Crème de Cacao White: 30ml

2. Hazenut Liqueur: 15 ml

3. Fresh Milk: 30ml or Vanilla Ice Cream (half scoop)

Method

1. Prepare a Martini Glass with ice filled to the brim; add in soda water.

2. Pour all the required ingredients into the shaker with ice.

3. Quickly, shake till the ingredients are chilled (tips: till the shaker is very cold)

4. Pour away the ice and soda water on the martini glass.

5. Pour the content into the chilled glass from the shaker.

Note: Ice blend all the ingredients if you are using vanilla ice cream

Matthew Scott-Mackie: A true-blue Kiwi who has been living and working in Singapore for 12 years. With New Zealand making only their second appearance in the World Cup finals, the 36-year-old IT director is throwing his weight behind his country to do well in South Africa. But Matthew reckons this honour will go to one of the South American countries.
