… Tingkat Cruise activity where the public is able to learn about the various Singapore Chinese Dialect food culture and our heritage all in the relaxing bumboat ride along Singapore River. Plus, every participant gets a tingkat (tiffin carrier) with Singapore Chinese dialect food to partake during the 45‐minute ride.

… Cashless Transaction system at Clarke Quay Food Street (16~24 Jul 10). In partnership with the Kopitiam Group, consumers will be able to buy the Kopitiam card and use it to purchase the food on sale during the duration of the festival. Any credit left in the card can still be used at all Kopitiam outlets after the festival.
